Items sent back without a return authorization number will be refused or sent back to you at your expense. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. Actual shipping charges paid by HotBrick will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. If you receive goods in damaged condition, please inform the carrier (Post Office, UPS or FEDEX agent) immediately. The following terms must be met by you:

  • You must include all packaging materials.
  • Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
  • You must pay any return shipping expense; shipping fees are non refundable.
  • Display the RMA # prominently on the outside of the exterior box to avoid delays to your refund.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, you may elect to receive credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund (by check).
